This is the traditional way Costa Ricans have brewed their coffee. Pour near-boiling water through the filter containing the coffee and fill the cup or pitcher as needed.

Handmade in Costa Rica from Guanacaste wood, these beautiful chorreadors add aesthetics along with function. They stand about 10 inches (25cm) tall.

Included is a cotton bolsita, a reusable filter.
